If you are an employer facing layoffs or closing a facility, the South Central Wisconsin Job Centers, along with the Workforce Development Board of South Central Wisconsin, are available to offer valuable services and information to you and your affected employees. 

Advantages of Working With Us

• If scheduled early, it is possible we will be able to transition your workforce to other companies and save your company money on unemployment benefits
• Coaching is available to help companies think through a layoff process, which is particularly valuable for companies that have never been through one before
• We can schedule sessions to orient your displaced workers to the services available to help them get back into the workforce
