WorkSmart

WorkSmart is the name coined for the regional Workforce Investment Act (WIA) program and partnerships dedicated to advancing the economic well being of our communities by developing and maintaining a quality workforce. We specialize in delivering innovative employment and training services and support to businesses, job seekers, and youth across South Central Wisconsin.

Our services, including the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) program, are accessible through a network of One-Stop Job Centers, Access Points, and partnering community organizations. Today, there are 19 WorkSmart service locations providing direct workforce services that impact and improve the lives of more than 90,000 people throughout the region.

WorkSmart and the South Central Wisconsin Job Center System are funded by the Workforce Investment Act of 1998 and guided by the Workforce Development Board of South Central Wisconsin and partners.
